Nov 30, 2008: Dr TR Loach, Joint Director, Institute of Animal Health & Biological Products of AH department today demitted office on attaining the age of superannuation.
Dr Loach born in RS Pura, Jammu did his BVSc from Bikaneer Veterinary College in May 1974 and got a placement in Animal Husbandry Department in October of the same year where he served in different capacities.
He earned his masters in Veterinary Public Health from Ranchi Veterinary College in 1982. He served for a long time in Anti -Rabic Vaccine Lab in RS Pura.
On his elevation as Joint Director, Dr Loach was posted in the Valley in December 2007. His colleagues accorded him an affectionate farewell.
